LOWER THE LEVEL REQUIREMENT FOR TALKING IN ALL CHAT
I've noticed that many of us seem to be in agreement about this so I decided to make a suggestion for it. I Believe that the level requirement for talking in all chat should be lowered down to level 9. One of the most important reasons for this is Gor trading. As of right now the level requirement for talking in all chat is level 15. Gor toons have to pick a faction at level 9. Therefor, Gor toons are not able to use all chat, unless they are lvl 80+ gor toons. I think it is pretty weird that there is a restriction in place that keeps the "Trading Faction" from trading.

The problem is gold spammers causing GF to increase the All Chat lvl requirement to lvl 15. Since this change effects the GOR Storyline and the purpose of lower lvl GOR's ability to communicate with either side, I am currenty waiting for an official response from GF/Nelly regarding the ability to have lvl 15 GOR toons.

They do this VS spammers.. otherwise spammers will lvl 1 player too lvl 9.. then create XXX more on that account and Spam our all chats again

Well I had lvl 15 Gor toon and Game Staff made me delete it to prevent ban. I was using that toon to trade between Val and Der.

"We have noticed that you have yet to pick a factio with your GOR character. All toons must pick a faction at level 9. You have 24 hours to pick a faction with this character or the account will be banned."
There was no flexiability in the message especially for...
...those who assist new players in GOR with lvl 9,10,11,12 GOR characters to expidite picking a side
...those with level 15 characters who use GOR as a trading faction which is part of the story line
...those in the process of playing the game who actually level to 10 and have not picked a side (which is very easy to do especailly with an xp event)
Maybe this thread willl expidite an official response from GF/Nelly regarding this matter.
Based on the serious flaw I found in the game starting at level 16, the inability for GOR players to not be allowed to communicate in all chat, and the gold spammers who caused the level 15 all chat requirement, I see no logical reason why anyone cannot level a character to 15 as a GOR trading toon.

Yes Digital. It was a delete of toon that is higher than lvl 9 if I didnot want to choose a side and remain Gor. I was talking to one LGM and a GM when I was going to delete. After conversation in game with them I choose to delete. I used my toon as a trading toon.

"You need to select a faction. If a faction (Valorian or Derion) is not selected within 24 hours, this account will receive a perma ban."

The idea behind this is we cant have a player sitting in that faction. The idea is we would ban the account wait for a ticker have them pick a faction then we would move that toon to that faction and release the account. SENSE then We (GM) Have been waiting for offical ruling from Gameforge. Not 1 player has been banned yet. Anymore problem please seek out a LGM.

Until now, I have been under the impression based on conversations and open tickets the reasoning behind this policy change is based on a serious game flaw.
The idea behind this is we cant have a player sitting in that faction.
